To access Unified Manager after a reboot you will need to restart your browser and log in again. The Nortel Meridian line is old , in fact, it is closing in on 30 years since the system was made, but CSM South still sees them out in the field.
If you need to complete a restart of the system, but very cautious as it is likely to lose some programming. The Norstar MICS telephone system was manufactured for a very long time, and as such was one of the most popular phone systems sold by Nortel.
Again, because of the age of these systems, resetting should be done with extreme caution. Again, as with the last two entries, please be cautious as it may lose programming, though it seems to do better with a reset than the Meridian branded products did.
How much time would you like between the end of one call and being served the next call? Do you want any sort of automation to be done via pre-defined time frames for incoming calls?
If so, what times would you like setup? Do you require Contact Centre functionality? Yes No E. Real-time analytics and agent monitoring. Do you have any existing headsets that you would like to use with the new phones?
If so, please provide model information. Do you required any addition headsets headsets? If so please provide detail. Yes No. Do any desk phones require wireless capability rather than wired internet? Do you need cordless phones? If so how many and how big of an area would they be used in? Do you have custom music on hold recordings? If so, can you provide a link to the audio file?
Otherwise can be given to tech on site. Do you have a paging system that you require to be used with the new phones? If so, provide details. Amp model, number of speakers, location, date last successfully used etc. Is the Network ready to handle the your desired number of calls? Is your router in our known compatibility list?
If yes to the above, have you successfully completed the suggested changes via the link next the router name? There's no "hacking" adsi, unless by hacking you mean breaking into your CO and changing your LD10 programming for that set.
Bell dumped the service long ago so that would be pointless, however I mean that someone perhaps could build a mini system that provided the same sort of data to the phone set. It might be possible but would require no doubt large and power intensive hardware that is not easily obtained and all to provide a service to a handful of people I don't think these handsets had much use world wide.
IMHO it would be nice to press a soft button I think that was what they called them to get a weather report on the phone display than go through EC new Hello Weather service and its buggy and slow keypad input.
