To answer when you hear a tone override signal, press Hold and converse with the second party.

When calling a busy telephone, dial the Voice Over code 6. To answer a voice override call, press the Hold key, converse with the voice over originator and press Answer key to alternate between parties.

If dialing the trunk access code returns a busy signal, dial 78 and hang up. When a line is available, your telephone will ring.
